Monday, January 25th, from 3 to 7 pm, the first Workshop of the year 2016 concerning the innovative Expansion Project of the Rating Advisory Italian Association (AIRA) was held in Naples, at Scaramuzza S.p.A., an evident example of a Small and Medium sized Enterprise who initiated an evolutionary path for what concerns the financial, strategic and organizational management.
Prestigious Entrepreneurs, Consultants and leaders of major Financial Institutions from various Italian Regions have participated actively and with evident interest, really a great success!
Change is taking place!
The Workshop covered Rating Advisory activities carried out by the Specialised Consultant, togheter with the top management. The activities are aimed to rationalize and optimise Enterprise’s financial, strategic and organisational management, improving the relationship between the Enterprise and banking, insurance and commercial partners.
In this way, the most virtuous Small and Medium sized Enterprises could, possibly, decide to enter the Financial Markets, diversifying their sources (ExtraMOT PRO Market of Italian Stock Exchange, but not only).
This could happen only if the Management understands and subscribes this, mostly internal, innovation path, which starts with a quantitative and qualitative analysis, continuing with planning and periodical monitoring and developing a correct process of financial communication.
Dr. Mario Bowinkel - President of AIRA and President of the "Finance and Financial Markets" Committee of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Naples as well as Member of the Working Group "Listed Companies Observatory" of the National Council of Chartered Accountants - has introduced and coordinated the works, in the presence of Dr. Achille Coppola, CNDCEC Secretary. Dr. Coppola underlined the importance today of specialisation and presented “Rete del Valore” project. Mr. Francesco Scaramuzza, Chairman of Scaramuzza S.p.A., described his Enterprise development path, which has lead to important achievements.
Among the prestigious speakers: Dr. Paolo Masini - MPS Capital Services, Dr. Leonardo Frigiolini - Founder Frigiolini & Partners Merchant, Dr. Mauro Alfonso - CEO at Cerved Rating Agency, Dr. Andrea Resteghini - Head of Risk Underwriting Euler Hermes Italia, Dr. Ivano Averto - Banca Popolare di Milano.
Important points to be considered emerged during Mr. Silvio Cola - President of Confapi Napoli - and Mr. Giorgio Scurati - Sider Center Chairman - speeches, in the presence of many Entrepreneurs who have taken part to the discussions, most of them operating in the steel market and coming from different Italian Regions.
