On Monday, May 8th 2017, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the headquarters of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Naples, Piazza dei Martiri n.30 - Naples, was held the important Conference organized by the Banks Enterprises Relationships Commission of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Naples and by the Rating Advisory Italian Association (AIRA), whose President is Dr. Mario Bowinkel.
During that event, it was presented a concrete case of a Company with headquarters in Campania - Innovaway S.p.A. - which has embarked on an internal evolutionary path (Rating Advisory) and moving towards Financial Markets (a first real case in Campania of short term Mini-Bond listed on the ExtraMOT PRO segment of Italian Stock Exchange) to support the growth and development of the company's business (Advisor: Studio M. Bowinkel and Frigiolini & Partners Merchant).
The AIRA volume "The new model of Finance for Italian SMEs", by Mario Bowinkel (President AIRA), published by the Institute Armando Curcio - University Press, was presented; Among the authors: Professionals Members of AIRA and prestigious exponents of Bank of Italy, Italian Stock Exchange, Frigiolini & Partners Merchant.
